THE INTERNATIONAL KNOW-HOW OF SAJE MONTRÉAL CENTRE
The ongoing concern of SAJE Montréal Centre responding to
the needs of developing countries is nothing new. Both in 1996 and
1998, the SAJE Montréal Centre participated in an entrepreneurial
management-training scheme targeted at interns from North Africa.
Also in 1998, a team of consultants from SAJE Montréal Centre
passed on their expertise to fellow consultants from French-speaking
African Countries. This included management skills specific to accounting
and financial practise of small and medium sized businesses. During
the very same year, the involvement of consultants from SAJE Montréal
Centre laid the foundations for an ever-present relationship with
Africa. This includes the transfer of Canadian and Quebec-originated
business practises specific to small and medium-sized businesses.
In
2000, the SAJE Montréal Centre embarked upon a series of
new relationships with a variety of renowned international partners,
such as le Fonds Arabe de Developpement Economique et Social (FADES),
the principal sponsor of funds for projects initiated by African
and Golf countries.
In
2001, the SAJE Montréal Centre went to Santiago in Chile
and trained 30 consultants in the techniques of small and medium
sized business development.
SAJE
Montréal Centre is currently active in development projects
in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. The SAJE
Montréal Centre is engaged
in the consolidation and development of a network for small and
medium sized business.
The approach taken by SAJE Montréal Centre is based upon
a reoccurring theme: the implementation of proven modifications.
In essence, the SAJE Montréal Centre has adopted an established
formula for the transfer of business know-how.
This
involves the SAJE
Montréal Centre accompanying
their partners through the introductory period of new procedures
right through until the completion of any change. This ensures a
high level of efficiency in the transfer of any expertise.
