History Since its inception in 1985, SAJE Montréal Centre has actively participated with its associates in the economic development of the Island of Montreal. Its numerous achievements and expertise in entrepreneurship have often led to partnerships with the government to help administer some of their projects. SAJE Montréal Centre is endorsed by many different governmental ministries for the following programs it offers:
The Ministry of Regional and Economic Development has acknowledged the achievements and value of the SAJE Montréal centre. The unquestionable success over the years has allowed SAJE Montréal Centre to develop a larger number of services and to forge links with a greater amount of partners: Governmental, Financial, Private and Academic Institutions. During the course of the last five years, SAJE Montréal Centre has contributed to the start-up of more than 700 businesses and over 100 jobs a year. This success can largely be put down to the flourishing relationships with the partners, such as the le Ministère des Affaires municipales Sport et Loisirs, Emploi Québec, les Centres locaux de développement de Montréal, le Service de développement de Saint-Laurent, as well as la Corporation de développement économique communautaire Cotes-des-Neiges/ Notre-Dame-de-Grace, le Regroupement des travailleurs autonomes SYNAXIS, et la commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys. SAJE Montréal Centre abroad : The SAJE Montréal Centre expertise is recognised internationally: on numerous occasions, SAJE Montréal Centre has been asked to offer it's services and expertise to international development projects by giving entrepreneurial training seminars (Europe, Latin America, Africa and Arabic countries) Projects The SAJE Montréal Centre has an established team in place focusing on developing new and original projects. These may include innovative ideas on business start-up or consolidation techniques, on a national or even international scale.
